Where is my order?All orders are sent first class with signature on delivery. The order should get to you between 3-5 working days after it has been dispatched. If it has not arrived after this time, then please allow an extra few days for delivery (especially during busy times). Our couriers are working their hardest to get your order to you safely. If it has still not arrived after this point then please let us know within 30 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we will do our best to help.

How do I return an item to you from the UK?If a Customer wishes to return artwork for any reason then they should email Marinova Creative within 14 days of receiving the artwork to request a refund. Marinova Creative does not accept refund requests after this 14 day timeframe. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Artwork must be returned in its original condition for a refund to be granted. If the item returned has damage, then you will not be refunded. Once the item has been received and it is deemed in its original condition, then you will be issued your refund. This can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Keep hold of your proof of postage - we may need to see it at a later date.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?"We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. In the rare event that this happens - you must contact us immediately at victoria@marinovacreative.com so we can get this sorted for you.

I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?"We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. If an item you received isn't what you ordered, please return the item and we will refund you if it is incorrect. Keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to look at it further on down the line.
